Class Blog - See what we have been learning!

First Day in School

A very successful first day for all of the children. It was lovely to see them exploring the space and beginning to make new friends or reconnect with old ones. They joined in enthusiastically with all of our activities and practiced being more independent. Thank you for your patience with the lining up at drop off and pick up and to all parents who used the sticker technique to help with putting shoes on the right feet. It really made a difference.

See you all tomorrow for another fun day of learning.

Best wishes

Mrs Foster

In order to help the embed the main messages which are being promoted during the Coronavirus outbreak, Reception children start the day by singing two fun and catchy songs to help remind us what we need to do to stay safe. Please watch them below if you would like to sing them with your child at home.

Wash Your Hands (Covered in Bubbles) - Hand Washing Music for Kids

Two Meters Away - Social Distancing Song for Kids

This catchy song teaches kids about social distancing, explains why it's important to stay 2 meters away when around others and how long that really is.
