Message from Mrs Richards.
As you know over the next few weeks most of your children will be learning from home. Each week I will post a grid with a variety of key skills and fun activities for you all to have a go at, so please visit this page on the school website each week to have a look at the suggested activities.
I love seeing what you are getting up to each week and which activities you have tried, so please continue to post any photos or videos of your children's wonderful learning to Tapestry. I can then ensure that your child's learning journey is kept up to date, and can comment on their hard work.
Thank you to everyone that has already sent in pictures and videos, last week your lovely faces and beautiful learning continues to make me smile.
Also, please don't forget that I will be posting a weekly video of me reading a story to Tapestry, go and have a look at last week's if you haven't already. If any of your children have a story request, just let me know via Tapestry and if I have it, or I can get it I will read it for them.
As it stands at the moment I will be working in school on a rota basis, (although this is subject to change if staff members become ill.) Therefore, during my school weeks I may take a little longer to respond to any notifications on Tapestry, but please bear with me, I will respond to each and every post.
Last week I began to make phone calls to parents. Over the coming weeks I will be contacting you all just to check in and see if there is anything you need. If you have missed your phone call please don't worry - I will try again. I know that this is a difficult time for everyone, but we will work through this period together to create the best possible learning experience for your children. Therefore, if you are experiencing any difficulties and require support with anything sooner than I manage to call you then please just pop me a message on Tapestry and we will work together to find a solution.
Should you experience any technical difficulties with Tapestry, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please find attached this weeks learning grid. I hope that your children enjoy completing the activities, and I look forward to seeing the finished results.
Take care everyone and stay safe.
Love from Mrs Richards x
