This year's Mental Health Awareness week has a theme of 'Kindness Matters'. You could say that kindness is even more important right now in these unprecedented times and that we all have the capacity to be kind in some way. You can share kindness to others in small gestures, kind words and even a warm smile but you can also take time out to be kind to yourself too. We have asked the children to share photos of their acts of kindness or examples of things they have been doing to take part in Mental Health Awareness week. We hope you enjoy looking at the photos and they act as a reminder that there is still a lot to smile about.
